Berry Blast Spritzer Mocktail

The Berry Blast Spritzer Mocktail is a fruity, fizzy, and visually stunning non-alcoholic beverage made with fresh berries, citrus juice, and sparkling water. Edible glitter adds a playful and celebratory touch, making it perfect for parties or casual refreshment.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • 2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 tsp edible glitter
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Fresh berries on a skewer
  • Optional: Lemon or lime slices
  • Optional: Mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Add mixed berries and honey (or simple syrup) to a cocktail shaker or glass.
  2. Use a muddler or spoon to gently crush the berries and release their juices.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice and stir to combine.
  4. Let the mixture sit for about a minute for the flavors to blend.
  5. Fill a serving glass halfway with ice.
  6. Optionally strain the berry mixture into the glass for a smoother texture.
  7. Slowly pour sparkling water or lemon-lime soda over the berry mixture.
  8. Sprinkle edible glitter into the glass and stir gently to create a shimmering effect.
  9. Garnish with fresh berries, citrus slices, or mint sprigs if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use raspberries and blackberries for a deeper color and richer flavor.
  • Lemon brightens the flavor, while lime gives a tropical twist—choose based on your preference.
  • For a lower sugar version, use sparkling water instead of soda.
  • Make the berry base up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate.
  • Scale up the recipe and serve in a pitcher for parties.
  • Freeze the berry-citrus mixture in ice cubes for quick prep later.
