Blackberry Lemon Mocktail Recipe

Blackberry Lemon Mocktail

The Blackberry Lemon Mocktail is a refreshing non-alcoholic drink that blends the sweetness of ripe blackberries with the zesty brightness of fresh lemon juice. Balanced with honey and sparkling water, it’s a vibrant and bubbly beverage perfect for warm summer days or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1–2 tsp honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 3/4 cup chilled sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 lemon wheel (for garnish)
  • 1 mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the blackberries to a sturdy glass and muddle them gently until they release their juices.
  2. Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir to combine.
  3. Add honey or simple syrup, adjusting the sweetness to your liking.
  4. Top the mixture with chilled sparkling water or club soda and stir lightly to mix without losing the fizz.
  5. Fill the glass with crushed ice, garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use lime juice instead of lemon for a tangier variation.
  • Replace blackberries with raspberries or blueberries for a twist.
  • For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
  • Taste as you go to balance sweetness and tartness.
  • Use tonic water for a subtle bitter note.
