  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup caramel dip

  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 2–3 fresh apples, sliced for dipping

Instructions

  2. Use a hand or stand mixer to combine until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat caramel dip in the microwave in 15-second intervals until pourable.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Pour the warmed caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  6. Top with toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts.

Notes

  • Use Granny Smith apples for a tart contrast to the sweet caramel.
  • To prevent apples from browning, toss slices in lemon juice before serving.
  • Make ahead by preparing the cream cheese layer and refrigerating until ready to assemble.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
