Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are golden, crispy on the outside, and deliciously gooey on the inside. These bite-sized appetizers are perfect for parties, game nights, or casual snacking, offering a balance of creamy mozzarella and nutty parmesan with a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. Form the cheese mixture into small, golf ball-sized bites using your hands.
  5. Dip each cheese ball into the egg mixture, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  6. Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow them to cool slightly before serving to enjoy the perfect gooey texture inside.
