The Christmas Coffee Blend is a cozy, holiday-inspired drink made with espresso, warming spices, white chocolate, and steamed milk. Each sip delivers creamy sweetness balanced by cinnamon, clove, and ginger for a festive, aromatic treat. Perfect for chilly mornings or holiday gatherings, it turns an everyday coffee into a seasonal indulgence.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) espresso or ½ cup (120 ml) strong brewed coffee
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white chocolate sauce
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (almond, oat, or dairy)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Christmas sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground cinnamon, cloves, and ginger with your coffee grounds before brewing to evenly infuse the flavors.
  2. Brew ¼ cup (60 ml) espresso or ½ cup (120 ml) strong coffee using a moka pot or other method for 5–7 minutes, until dark and aromatic.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug and stir in the white chocolate sauce until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Steam the milk to about 140°F (60°C), then pour it into the mug and stir gently to blend.
  5. Top with whipped cream and garnish with Christmas sprinkles before serving immediately.

Notes

  • Substitute nutmeg or allspice for one of the spices for a different holiday flavor.
  • Use dark chocolate or caramel sauce instead of white chocolate for a twist.
  • Chill the mixture and pour over ice for an iced Christmas Coffee Blend.
  • Store the brewed coffee base in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; reheat gently before adding milk.
