Christmas Fudge

Christmas Fudge

This classic Christmas fudge features two decadent layers — a semi-sweet chocolate base topped with creamy white chocolate, all finished with festive sprinkles. It’s a quick and easy no-bake dessert perfect for gifting or sharing during the holidays. Each bite delivers a rich, smooth texture that melts in your mouth with a touch of holiday cheer.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, divided evenly (7 oz per layer)
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract, divided (1 tsp per layer)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles, plus extra for topping
  • ½–1 tsp peppermint extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (and peppermint extract if using), then spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. In a clean bowl, combine white chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Melt in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
  5. Add the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix in Christmas sprinkles.
  6. Spread the white chocolate layer over the chocolate layer, then top with additional sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  8. Remove from the pan, slice into small squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best texture and flavor.
  • Work quickly when spreading each layer as the fudge sets fast.
  • Add crushed candy canes for extra holiday flavor and texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
