Ingredients

  • 1 large pizza crust or 6 small pizza crusts (such as Mama Mary’s)
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 3 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each mini pizza crust into a tree shape using a knife or cookie cutter.
  3. Place the shaped crusts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush each crust evenly with pesto sauce.
  5. Top each pizza with mini pepperoni slices to resemble ornaments.
  6. Cut star shapes from the cheese slices using a mini star cookie cutter and set aside.
  7. Bake pizzas for 7 minutes until the crust begins to turn golden.
  8. Remove from oven and place a cheese star on top of each pizza; sprinkle shredded mozzarella if desired.
  9. Return to oven and bake for 1 minute until cheese is slightly melted.
  10. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm.
