A warm, creamy dairy-free latte infused with eggnog, cinnamon, and brewed coffee—perfect for cozy holiday mornings. This festive drink blends classic seasonal flavors with a caffeine kick, ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup eggnog (store-bought or homemade vegan eggnog)
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (hot or cooled)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, eggnog, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, and cinnamon to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and heat over medium until steaming hot, about 4 minutes. Do not boil.
  4. Divide the latte between two mugs.
  5. Top with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.

Notes

  • Cashew or oat milk can be used instead of almond milk for a creamier texture.
  • Use decaf coffee for a caffeine-free version.
  • Omit the sweetener if your eggnog is already very sweet.
  • Add a splash of bourbon or rum for a boozy twist.
