Crock Pot Candy

crock pot candy

This crock pot candy is a festive, no-bake holiday treat made with layered almond bark, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salty peanuts. It’s rich, sweet, and perfectly crunchy with minimal hands-on time.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound white chocolate almond bark
  • 1 pound chocolate almond bark
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • Holiday sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Break both types of almond bark into pieces and place them in a crock pot.
  2. Add 3 cups salted peanuts and stir to combine.
  3. Place a clean, dry kitchen towel over the top of the slow cooker and place the lid on top.
  4. Cook on LOW for 15 minutes, then stir.
  5. Add 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup peanut butter.
  6. Continue cooking on LOW for 30 more minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until fully melted and smooth.
  7. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  8. Spoon the candy mixture onto the lined sheets in small mounds.
  9. Immediately add sprinkles, if using.
  10. Let the candy set at room temperature or refrigerate for 60 minutes to harden.
  11. Once firm, store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor and texture.
  • Don’t substitute regular chocolate for almond bark—it helps the candy set properly.
  • Peanuts can be substituted with cashews, almonds, or sunflower seeds.
  • Use a cookie scoop for uniform portions.
  • Flash-freeze candy for 15–30 minutes before transferring to freezer bags for long-term storage.
