Crockpot Christmas Candy

This Crockpot Christmas Candy is a decadent, no-bake holiday treat made with layers of peanuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and white almond bark. It’s an easy, hands-off recipe perfect for gift-giving or festive snacking.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 16 oz unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 oz peanut butter chips
  • 2 lbs white almond bark, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a slow cooker in this order: salted peanuts, unsalted peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and white almond bark on top.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour without stirring or removing the lid.
  3. After 1 hour, stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are melted and combined.
  4. Using a tablespoon or small scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper.
  5. Let the candy set at room temperature for 2 hours, or refrigerate for faster setting.

Notes

  • You can swap pecans for crushed peppermint or omit entirely.
  • Sprinkle sea salt or festive sprinkles on top for extra flavor and decoration.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
