Easy Crockpot Candy

Crockpot Candy

This easy crockpot candy recipe uses just three ingredients to create rich, chocolatey peanut clusters that are perfect for gifting or holiday snacking. Made in a slow cooker with minimal effort, the result is sweet, salty, and crunchy treats that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz dry roasted, salted peanuts (about 6 cups)
  • 32 oz white almond bark, broken into pieces (about 1 1/3 packages)
  • 18 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 2 1/4 cups or 1 1/2 packages)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line four large cookie sheets with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
  2. Sprinkle the peanuts in an even layer in the bottom of a 5-quart or larger crockpot.
  3. Top with the broken almond bark and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Do not stir.
  4. Cover the pot and cook on LOW for 1 hour without stirring.
  5. After 1 hour, stir the mixture well. Continue cooking on LOW for another hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  6. Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Top with sprinkles if using, while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes or until the candy is fully set.

Notes

  • Do not substitute white chocolate chips for almond bark, as they don’t set properly.
  • You can substitute the peanuts with other nuts like almonds or pecans.
  • Use cupcake liners for neat presentation and easy gifting.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 weeks, or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
  • Candy can be frozen for up to 3 months.
