Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) kielbasa, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple juice (from reserved can)
  • Plain toothpicks

Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place a pineapple chunk on top of each kielbasa slice and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine pineapple juice, honey, teriyaki sauce, and sweet chili sauce to make the glaze.

Notes

  • Use plain, uncolored toothpicks to avoid burning or staining.
  • Turkey or plant-based sausage can be substituted for kielbasa.
  • Can be assembled in advance and baked just before serving.
