Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz green candy melts
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)
1 cup red heart sprinkles
1 cup red mini M&Ms (optional)
Instructions
Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with 8 oz softened cream cheese. Mix until a smooth, dough-like consistency forms.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the balls for 60 minutes until firm.
Melt 12 oz green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between. Stir in 1 tsp coconut oil if needed for thinning.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted green coating, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
Top each coated ball with a red heart sprinkle or mini M&M before the coating sets.
Refrigerate the finished balls for 30 minutes or until the coating is fully set before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
Use coconut oil to thin out candy melts for smoother coating.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
Customize with peppermint extract, nuts, or different colored coatings.
