Peppermint Oreo Balls

Peppermint Oreo Balls

Peppermint Oreo Balls are a festive no-bake dessert made by blending crushed Oreos with cream cheese, dipping them in melted chocolate, and rolling them in crushed peppermint candies. They’re sweet, creamy, and have a delightful crunch, perfect for holiday gifting or parties.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 48 crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese and Oreo cookies in a food processor and process until fully combined into a thick mixture.
  2. Scoop out small portions and roll into 48 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes or until firm.
  4. Melt the white chocolate with peppermint extract in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Roll each dipped ball in crushed peppermint candies and place back on the parchment paper to set.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too soft to roll, refrigerate for 15 minutes before shaping.
  • Use parchment paper between layers when storing to prevent sticking.
  • Almond bark can be used instead of white chocolate wafers.
