Ingredients
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
8 oz mini pretzel twists (about half of a 16 oz bag)
11 oz Kraft Caramel Bits
2 tbsp water
Flake finishing salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt 8 oz of chocolate chips in the microwave on low heat, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper.
Layer the mini pretzel twists over the chocolate, pressing them gently to adhere.
Add caramel bits and 2 tablespoons of water to a microwave-safe bowl and melt on high for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Drizzle the melted caramel evenly over the pretzels.
Melt the remaining 4 oz of chocolate chips and drizzle over the caramel layer.
Sprinkle flake salt over the top.
Refrigerate until fully hardened.
Cut or tear into pieces and serve.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate like Ghirardelli or Baker’s for the best results.
Homemade caramel can be used as a substitute for Kraft Caramel Bits.
