Snowball Oreo Cookie Balls

Snowball Oreo Cookie Balls

Snowball Oreo Cookie Balls are creamy, no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, rolled in sugar for a festive snowball appearance. Perfect for holiday gatherings or quick desserts, these bite-sized delights are simple to prepare and fun to share.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz brick cream cheese, softened

  • 36 classic Oreo cookies, finely crushed

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Use a food processor to crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Oreo crumbs until fully blended.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  4. Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared sheet.
  5. Roll each ball in granulated sugar to coat evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the cookie balls for at least 60 minutes or until firm.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese for smoother mixing.
  • If the dough is too soft to roll, chill it for 10 minutes before shaping.
  • Use a cookie scoop for uniform size.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
