Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Remove the skin if desired, then cut the salmon into evenly sized bite-sized cubes.
- Place the salmon cubes in a large mixing bowl and handle them gently.
- Drizzle enough olive oil over the salmon to lightly coat the pieces.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and seafood seasoning. Toss gently until every piece is coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F / 200°C for a few minutes.
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between them. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket or gently turning the pieces halfway through cooking.
- Check that the salmon is golden outside, cooked through, and flakes easily with a fork. Add 1–2 extra minutes if the pieces are larger.
- Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. You can also add extra black pepper, a little garlic butter, or a light drizzle of sauce.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce, rice, vegetables, salad, or wraps.
