  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a glass baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping until creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. In another bowl, whisk the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  7. Spread the vanilla pudding layer over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Spoon the blueberry pie filling evenly over the pudding layer.
  9. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the blueberry layer.
  10. Top with fresh blueberries.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator until firm before serving.
