  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup additional mozzarella cheese for topping
  • Marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, beaten egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly blended.
  3. Transfer this mixture to the lined baking sheet, shaping it into an even rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the extra mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake the prepared breadstick in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until it turns golden brown, and the cheese has melted.
  6. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then cut the baked bread into stick shapes. If desired, serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
