Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake

  • Cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Optional add-ins: Broccoli, Spinach, Mushrooms, Red pepper flakes, Extra mozzarella, Fresh parsley, Cream cheese, Bacon bits

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until just al dente.
  4. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken with the Alfredo sauce.
  6. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, then stir until evenly coated.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the chicken and Alfredo mixture.
  8. Toss until the pasta is fully coated and the chicken is evenly distributed.
  9. Stir in part of the mozzarella and a little Parmesan.
  10. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.
  12. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted.
  13. For a slightly more golden top, bake a little longer or broil very briefly at the end.
  14. Let the pasta bake rest for a few minutes after baking.
  15. Serve warm on its own or with salad or garlic bread.
