  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pita bread for serving
  • Toppings sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta
  • Tzatziki sauce for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour marinade over top.
  3. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  4. Shred or slice chicken and serve in pita bread with toppings and tzatziki.
