Gooey Amish Cherry Dump Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
  1. Spread the cherry pie filling evenly in a greased baking dish. Make sure it fully covers the bottom.
  2. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the cherries. Do not mix.
  3. Drizzle the melted butter over the entire surface, covering as much of the cake mix as possible.
  4. Bake until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm for a gooey texture with a crisp buttery topping.
