Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form. Add in the Cream cheese and mix again until soft dough forms.
- Using a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop out the dough, roll it in between the palm of your hand then place in the prepared baking sheet. Repeat the process until you are done. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts in 30-second increments mixing in between every time. If your candy melts aren't thin enough to dip, add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil or any unflavored oil and mix well.
- Using a chocolate dipping fork, dip each truffle ball into the candy melts coating it evenly then place on the baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the truffles.
- Place the leftover candy melts in a piping bag and drizzle on top of the truffles before placing a sprinkle heart on top to create the iconic grinch heart.
- Allow those to set in the fridge for a few minutes then enjoy!
