Jalapeño Popper Crescent Rolls

  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Jalapeños, diced or sliced
  • Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Butter, melted

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl.
  4. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese.
  6. Add diced or sliced jalapeños to the bowl.
  7. Add cooked crumbled bacon to the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  9. Add garlic powder and black pepper.
  10. Mix again until the filling is creamy, cheesy, and well combined.
  11. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface.
  12. Separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
  13. Spoon a small amount of jalapeño popper filling onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  14. Starting at the wide end, roll each crescent triangle toward the pointed end.
  15. Tuck the filling inside as you roll.
  16. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  17. Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with melted butter.
  18. Bake for 10–13 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.
  19. Remove the crescent rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  20. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  21. Serve warm with ranch dressing, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.
