- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese.
- Add diced or sliced jalapeños to the bowl.
- Add cooked crumbled bacon to the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Add garlic powder and black pepper.
- Mix again until the filling is creamy, cheesy, and well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface.
- Separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
- Spoon a small amount of jalapeño popper filling onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Starting at the wide end, roll each crescent triangle toward the pointed end.
- Tuck the filling inside as you roll.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with melted butter.
- Bake for 10–13 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.
- Remove the crescent rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauce.
