Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and water according to package instructions. Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup until well mixed.
- Fill each muffin cup three-quarters full with the batter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional maple syrup for dipping.
