  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix beef, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire for the glaze. Heat until smooth.
  4. Spoon half the glaze over the meatloaf. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Add remaining glaze and bake another 15–20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160°F.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
