  • 10–12 pieces rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned carrot
  • 1 cup julienned cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (mint or cilantro)
  • 1 cup cooked noodles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup soy dipping sauce
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Fill a shallow dish with water and dip one rice paper wrapper for a few seconds until soft.
  2. Place it on a clean surface and layer cabbage, carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, herbs, and noodles in the center.
  3. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a neat roll.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Arrange on a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
