- In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Evenly distribute mini marshmallows over the crust.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over the marshmallows.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
