Instructions
- Cook the 8 ounces rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente in plenty of salted water. Drain well.
- Gently toss the warm pasta with ½ cup ranch dressing to lightly coat and prevent sticking. Refrigerate until completely cold, at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cold pasta with 1 cup tomatoes, 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup red onion, 1 cup bacon, and 1 cup lettuce.
- Add the remaining ½ cup ranch dressing and gently toss to coat everything. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
