- Wash all fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or residues. Slice the peaches into wedges and cut the orange and lime into rounds to ensure bite-sized pieces for the sangria.
- In a large pitcher, add the peach slices, orange slices, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without bruising the fruit.
- Pour in the Sauvignon Blanc and peach schnapps over the fruit and mint mixture. Stir lightly to combine the flavors evenly.
- Just before serving, pour in the club soda to add a refreshing fizz to the sangria.
