- Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Drain and pat the mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel.
- On each skewer, thread one cube of watermelon, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball. You can also reverse the order for a different look.
- Place skewers on a platter and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze lightly over the top of the skewers.
- Serve cold, and enjoy within a couple of hours for best freshness.
