  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon (1-inch cubes)
  • 20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), patted dry
  • 20 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
  1. Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes. Drain and pat the mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel.
  2. On each skewer, thread one cube of watermelon, one basil leaf (folded if large), and one mozzarella ball. You can also reverse the order for a different look.
  3. Place skewers on a platter and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving.
  4. Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze lightly over the top of the skewers.
  5. Serve cold, and enjoy within a couple of hours for best freshness.
