- Add milk chocolate, golden syrup, and butter to a heatproof bowl. Melt together over a saucepan of simmering water or in short microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies until fully coated in the chocolate mixture.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape into 12 small balls using your hands. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate in a clean bowl using the same method. Let it cool for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
- Spoon a little white chocolate on top of each pudding so it drips slightly down the sides.
- Place one red Smartie in the center of each pudding, then add two green holly leaves beside it.
- Let the decorated puddings set at room temperature or return them to the fridge to firm up the toppings.
