  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 g unsalted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup homemade or store-bought salted caramel
  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  2. In a separate saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and butter. Heat until well combined and gently simmering.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the fudge mixture and stir until blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop out portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Coat each truffle in melted chocolate, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and let them sit until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
