  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons coconut milk or water if needed for blending

Instructions
  1. Place the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and honey or maple syrup into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on low to start, gradually increasing speed as the mixture begins to combine. Use a tamper or stop to stir if necessary.
  3. If the mixture is too thick or isn’t blending smoothly, add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk or water at a time until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  4. Continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Spoon into bowls or transfer to a piping bag with a star tip to swirl into cups or cones for serving.
