  • ½ cup peanut butter (smooth)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or Tamari (or Tamari)
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar (honey or pure maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or lime juice)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
  • ½-1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 3-6 tablespoons warm water

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except for the water, to a medium-sized bowl. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Slowly add in warm water 1 tablespoon at a time to help thin it out. Stop adding when your desired consistency is reached.
  3. This recipe makes roughly ¾ cup of sauce, or 12 tablespoons. Serve sauce with Fresh Spring Rolls and enjoy!
