  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 6 pieces chicken breasts (about 3.5 lb)

Instructions
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients together in a large resealable plastic bag or bowl.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bag and seal. Place the bag in a bowl in the refrigerator to prevent leaks.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 6–7 minutes per side).
  5. Salt the chicken after grilling, then let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
