  • 4 large Flour tortillas (burrito-size works best)
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20–24 slices Pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni for lighter option)
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup Cooked Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
  • Extra pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • Ranch dressing (for dipping)
  • Garlic butter sauce (for dipping)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Lay tortillas flat, spread pizza sauce thinly, leaving border edges.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella, add pepperoni and optional toppings.
  3. Tightly roll tortilla like a burrito, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Place rolls cut-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until golden. Air fryer: 380°F for 6–8 minutes.
  7. Let rolls cool for 2 minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
