  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped Oreos (about 8 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s Day m&m’s
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined.
  3. Add the whole egg and egg yolk, then mix in the vanilla extract until the mixture is light and slightly creamy.
  4. Stir in the flour and baking soda until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Oreos, m&m’s, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Using a medium cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies a couple inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9–10 minutes, or until the edges look set but the centers are still soft.
  8. Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
