- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined.
- Add the whole egg and egg yolk, then mix in the vanilla extract until the mixture is light and slightly creamy.
- Stir in the flour and baking soda until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreos, m&m’s, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies a couple inches apart.
- Bake for 9–10 minutes, or until the edges look set but the centers are still soft.
- Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
